Oregon: Each of the four OET Nursing sub-tests received a B (350).
Florida received four grade C+s (300) on each of the four OET Nursing sub-tests.

USA doctor board required OET score
IMGs must get a minimum score of 350 (Grade B) on each of the four OET (Medicine) components: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking to be eligible for ECFMG Certification. Doctors must get at least four Grade Bs (a minimum score of 350) to be licensed in Oregon, whereas nurses must receive at least four Grade C+s to be licensed in Florida (minimum score of 300).
